~Ordering Guidelines
*By submitting this form, you are just inquiring about an order. No order is final until a confirmation email or text is sent back to you. Please allow 24-48 hours response time for order confirmation.
*To ensure your event date is available, we request orders placed as soon as possible. All custom orders require a *minimum 4 week notice to complete, start to finish. Last minute orders are not guaranteed but may be accommodated based on the intricacy & availability.
*Any order of $200 or more (such as for larger events), require a non-refundable 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before pickup/delivery. Otherwise, full payment is required when placing an order.
*For orders placed within 7 days of pickup/delivery date, all sales are final.
*Pickup Requirements:
Order pickups are by appointment only, as Kate’s Poperella is not a storefront.
Designated time slot for order pickups will be confirmed upon order completion. Please be courteous in understanding that a lot of time goes into each and every one of our orders. Punctuality is greatly appreciated when picking up your order from a home-based business. In addition, notice via text message or FB message prior to pickup is RECOMMENDED as common courtesy to ensure the preparation of your order.
*Kate’s Poperella cannot guarantee time or quality should the order pickup go unfulfilled.
